Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bruno de Zwaan's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno de Zwaan helped the player get up and apologised. Albin Holweck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jordy Mülder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Jordy Mülder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernst Hof hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 19th match minute, Mosk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Hof to maneuver through the defense. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jordy Mülder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, David Scholte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 30th minute. The supporters of Mosk booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Rooy in the 34th minute of play. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven Krakouer's late challenge caught a Mosk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tommy Kahn stood somewhat misplaced when Ernst Hof came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 38 minute. Jordy Mülder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 41st minute of play. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th minute Ernst Hof shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Rooy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jordy Mülder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the game, Simon Rooy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mosk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. A collision led to Mosk getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Simon Rooy hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mosk's David Scholte got a free kick in the 59th minute. Jordy Mülder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute, Simon Rooy made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 70thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosk's Jordy Mülder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Rooy came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mosk's Huib Thole was substituted for Bruno de Zwaan. If Ernst Hof had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Jordy Mülder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Jordy Mülder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 88th minute of play. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
