After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jordy Mülder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno de Zwaan during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Mosk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno de Zwaan to maneuver through the defense. Karel van Zwieten kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Balazs Lajos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jordy Mülder having to interfere. Jordy Mülder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Mosk's Jordy Mülder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 18th minute of play. Major Barna scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jordy Mülder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Hungary booed when Mosk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bob Decheiver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jordy Mülder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 24th minute of the match. Jordy Mülder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 25th minute of play. Major Barna scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jordy Mülder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jordy Mülder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Jordy Mülder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 35th minute of play. Jordy Mülder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jordy Mülder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lukas de Zwaan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The corner led Hungary's Major Barna to fire away a dangerous shot which Jordy Mülder despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to Mosk getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Harris van Kempen hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jordy Mülder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Major Barna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Mosk's goalkeeper Jordy Mülder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Takacs Tibor. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jordy Mülder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harris van Kempen got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Harris van Kempen kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Mosk's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Mosk defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jordy Mülder. The Mosk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jordy Mülder should have stopped the shot. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
