Tobiasz Bierfass came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen. But to his dismay, Bertram Svenningsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tobiasz Bierfass took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waclaw Marchefka made in the 32nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ksawery Porajewski however managed to control. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobiasz Bierfass prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes in the game, Wilfredo Ebardo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Kylian Mbappè's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Keld Paulsen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 39 minutes into the game, Waclaw Marchefka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter Miami's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. After 40 played minutes Inter Miami got a freekick which was hit by Waclaw Marchefka. After 42 played minutes Inter Miami got a freekick which was hit by Waclaw Marchefka. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kylian Mbappè stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. During the 56th minute of the match Ksawery Porajewski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ksawery Porajewski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Chris Nygaard took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Tobiasz Bierfass to make any attempt to save it. In the 68th minute, Denmark's Chris Nygaard dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with Tobiasz Bierfass in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Tobiasz Bierfass was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boruc Petka's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boruc Petka helped the player get up and apologised. Boruc Petka kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Denmark's Mikkel Wulff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobiasz Bierfass narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Steen to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Roland Jucha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Mikkel Wulff got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Denmark left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Inter Miami.
