Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The Fighting Mongooses FC's Franciszek Oryniak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Oryniak came free, but Fabio Auer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of The Fighting Mongooses FC booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Wallner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Auer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florian Siembab's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Sandro Galishoff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Christian Wallner had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Gustaw Flis's late challenge caught a Austria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustaw Flis helped the player get up and apologised. Austria's Andreas Mach was substituted for Christian Wallner. After 26 played minutes The Fighting Mongooses FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustaw Flis. Benedykt Bronkala kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Sandro Galishoff, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to The Fighting Mongooses FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Aureliusz Solak hit a great ball. Fabio Schneider scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Witomir Beninda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 39 minutes of play, Austria's Fabio Schneider made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Witomir Beninda was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Fabio Schneider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witomir Beninda having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Austria got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Harrer. Rafael Riedl kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Mach to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes Austria got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Riedl. Fabio Auer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Moizuk in the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florian Siembab in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Auer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Siembab in the 74th minute of play. After 79 played minutes The Fighting Mongooses FC got a freekick which was hit by Benedykt Bronkala. The Fighting Mongooses FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Fabio Schneider scored to the left of an out of position Witomir Beninda, making the score, 0-3. After having played for 84 minutes, Lech Modrzewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Fighting Mongooses FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lech Modrzewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Riedl kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Lech Modrzewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Auer. Austria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lech Modrzewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Gustaw Flis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Auer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Modrzewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Austria's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
