Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kyle Cox started the match with the kick off. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Caelan Hayes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cöpacabana FC's Gugu Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caelan Hayes in the 9th minute of play. Gugu Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Gallagher in the 11th minute of the match. If Micah Macdonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to England getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cooper Thompson hit a great ball. Khalid Kennedy acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 18th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jonathan Luz. Gugu Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 20th minute of play. Kyle Cox took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gugu Dante. Gugu Dante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gugu Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Cöpacabana FC defense, Caelan Hayes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gugu Dante. The Cöpacabana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gugu Dante should have stopped the shot. Kyle Cox took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gugu Dante. Gugu Dante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Ismael de Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41stth minute of the game Kyle Cox who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cöpacabana FC's Gugu Dante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. England's Khalid Kennedy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save England from getting a goal against them. After 44 minutes, Sílvio Favoretto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cöpacabana FC and the England players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Cöpacabana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Favoretto to maneuver through the defense. When Kyle Cox came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyle Cox couldn't finish the play. Kyle Cox took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gugu Dante. Gugu Dante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The Cöpacabana FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. England were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vítor Soares was the one to do the kick off. Micah Macdonald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kyle Cox recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gugu Dante came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by England's Kyle Cox. But to his dismay, Kyle Cox quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 62 minutes into the match, Issac Dawson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gugu Dante. Cöpacabana FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Issac Dawson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Gugu Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Cöpacabana FC's goalkeeper Gugu Dante had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Issac Dawson. Gugu Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 73rd minute of the match. Jonathan Luz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cöpacabana FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! In the 76th minute there was a penalty for England. Micah Macdonald stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gugu Dante. 0-8. Tadeu de Sousa hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Kyle Cox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gugu Dante made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Micah Macdonald sent off a good shot on target. After 86 played minutes Cöpacabana FC got a freekick which was hit by Arthur de Almeida. A collision led to Cöpacabana FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Arthur de Almeida hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gugu Dante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, England's Issac Dawson got a free kick in the 94th minute. If Issac Dawson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Caelan Hayes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded England left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cöpacabana FC.
