Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Johnny Gunnarsson made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Rafael Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rafael Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Bajen Mucho FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Marinho couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the match, Bajen Mucho FF's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Ove Hjeltman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Cao Yong Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Bajen Mucho FF defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ove Hjeltman. The Bajen Mucho FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ove Hjeltman should have stopped the shot. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Arman Lindholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Hjeltman having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Bajen Mucho FF's Arman Lindholm dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnny Gunnarsson in the 36th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ove Hjeltman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Bajen Mucho FF's Johnny Gunnarsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arnout Reekers. That made the score 3-1 after 42 minutes of play. Arnout Reekers was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arman Lindholm.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes Bajen Mucho FF got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Marinho. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Ove Hjeltman made a huge save. In the 58th match minute, Bajen Mucho FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Kleen to maneuver through the defense. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. Ove Hjeltman was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Lars Meesters capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lars Meesters really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. In the 81st minute Cao Yong Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 90 minutes, David Eikelkamp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Netherlands and the Bajen Mucho FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bajen Mucho FF booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Eikelkamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Many of Netherlands's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Netherlands may have spent more time on the ball, but Bajen Mucho FF were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
