Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Reimundo Casado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers, 2-0. Asensio Capelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bas Tuitert in the 26th minute of play. Diablos FC's Asencio Cuffaro got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Asencio Cuffaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reimundo Casado in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Reimundo Casado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reimundo Casado in the 39th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The supporters of Diablos FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bas Tuitert didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaviedes Arrese in the 46th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asensio Capelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Asencio Cuffaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diablos FC made a substitution. 吕延俊 replaced Omar Gochicoa. In the 65th minute, Wim Wilmes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Lars Meesters got a free kick in the 70th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Diablos FC's Reimundo Casado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Asensio Capelo. Diablos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gijsbert ter Kruimer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2.
