Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Roman Kon got the match started through his kick off. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Chilavert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Chilavert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marian Chilavert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grzegorz Jankowski hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Marian Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Roman Kon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grzegorz Jankowski was slow to take the kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ömür Seyfeddin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper Marian Chilavert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Ömür Seyfeddin got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie made a substitution. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Roman Kon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marian Chilavert was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Takacs Tibor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 95 minute of play. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Hungary had controlled the match.
