Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cipriano Proença started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Proença came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Armando Falcão who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Proença got free with Wilson Amorim in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Proença in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Portugal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Armando Falcão was slow to take the kick. During this time Tigre das Américas's players had a chance to rest. Rodolfo Miranda tried in the 14th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Wilson Amorim a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0. Viriato Moura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Édouard Mendy having to make a save. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luiz Mazza came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Tigre das Américas's Cipriano Proença dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Édouard Mendy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 44 minutes into the game, Cipriano Proença recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Cipriano Proença showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. Édouard Mendy was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Caetano Moreira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Caetano Moreira really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Felipe Barreto took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Édouard Mendy to make any attempt to save it. Cipriano Proença struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigre das Américas. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Édouard Mendy made a huge save. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Proença in the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Cipriano Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tigre das Américas's Édouard Mendy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Tigre das Américas from getting a goal against them. Édouard Mendy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Portugal fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Portugal's Felipe Barreto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. In the 89th minute, Felipinho Amorim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. After 92 minutes of play, Tigre das Américas's Cipriano Proença made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graciano Coutinho to maneuver through the defense.
