A collision led to Switzerland getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Fridolin Neumeister hit a great ball. Fabian Brask received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Fridolin Neumeister got a free kick in the 16th minute. Hias Nüssli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabian Brask in the 17th minute. When Rodrigo von Känel fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Switzerland's protests and gave Rodrigo von Känel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Switzerland getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rodrigo von Känel hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ronny Olenberg got free with Hias Nüssli in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronny Olenberg's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. When Stig-Arne Nord came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Örsjö fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Arne Nord couldn't finish the play. Hias Nüssli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronny Olenberg in the 30th minute. Hias Nüssli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabian Brask showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 32 minute of play. Stig-Arne Nord received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hias Nüssli came out and tried to block the shot, but Stig-Arne Nord slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 36th minute. After some careless play in the Switzerland defense, Stig-Arne Nord kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. The Switzerland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hias Nüssli should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Switzerland's Hias Nüssli got control of the ball when Ronny Olenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronny Olenberg to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny Olenberg came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Olenberg in the 55th minute of play. Hias Nüssli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronny Olenberg went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Olenberg in the 64th minute of play. Örsjö's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stig-Arne Nord in the 66th minute. Hias Nüssli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the game, Örsjö's Ronny Olenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fridolin Neumeister during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fridolin Neumeister kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuele Kunz to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Ronny Olenberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
