Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christian Hojem started the match with the kick off. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Hojem in the 3rd minute of play. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torjus Solvoll having to interfere. The supporters of FC Pladask booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Peletier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Christian Hojem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Hojems short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pladask's zone, Camille Baume stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torjus Solvoll came out of the goal and Camille Baume tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Torjus Solvoll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Iván Kaviedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, France's Frank Peletier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torjus Solvoll narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iván Kaviedes charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iván Kaviedes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Pladask getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Iván Kaviedes hit a great ball. Torjus Solvoll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 22nd minute of the match. Christian Hojem's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Maxime Durand skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Christian Hojems short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 27 minutes into the match, FC Pladask's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Peletier came free, but Torjus Solvoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torjus Solvoll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Peletier in the 35th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Frank Peletier notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Pladask's Torjus Solvoll. Torjus Solvoll was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, France's Maxime Durand got control of the ball when Erlend Øvereng tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. The FC Pladask fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when FC Pladask's Christian Hojem looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Hojem in the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Erlend Øvereng came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Pladask's Torjus Solvoll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save FC Pladask from getting a goal against them. Iván Kaviedes was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to FC Pladask getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Iván Kaviedes hit a great ball. Frank Peletiers short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Torjus Solvoll to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Cayetano Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayetano Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cayetano Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Vidal in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jim-André Nybakken in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Torjus Solvoll made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Peletier in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Pladask's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Barbier was slow to take the kick. During this time France's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Hojem in the 87th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torjus Solvoll having to interfere. Camille Baume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
