Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Nerio Lopez de Toro scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Germany booed when ACC Mavericks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sahnoyan Şah didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute, Tuan Eubanks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ACC Mavericks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nerio Lopez de Toro's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Hinson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nerio Lopez de Toro in the 29th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bob Hyatt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Bob Hyatt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. 40 minutes in the game Sahnoyan Şah did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Steve Van Clynenbreugel. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nerio Lopez de Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The audience was convinced that Nerio Lopez de Toro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nerio Lopez de Toro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 64 minutes ACC Mavericks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of ACC Mavericks booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Linus Schwerner didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Merrill Hancock stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tommy Kahn. 7-1. When the referee ended the match the ACC Mavericks players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
