Wilton Magalhães charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilton Magalhães the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Bark stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Inter de São Paulo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Léo Almeida hit a great ball. When Léo Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Inter de São Paulo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo Almeida couldn't finish the play. Alfredinho Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Erling Stabbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erling Stabbe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Léo Almeida in the 88th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Léo Almeida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erling Stabbe. StraX Xenon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Léo Almeida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0.
