After 6 played minutes AIF got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Låsberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg William Fogel saved AIF from getting behind. Sérgio Loureiro took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised William Fogel. William Fogel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Microsoft Team's Dorian Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Hamberg in the 13th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Luiz Eduardo Netto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. William Fogel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AIF's William Fogel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fernando Ferraz in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Tim Billing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Microsoft Team's Eusébio Tróia got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Sérgio Loureiro made a precise shot to the right of William Fogel. AIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 39 minutes into the game, Hjalmar Fanström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AIF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Microsoft Team the free kick. After a rather tough play, AIF's Hjalmar Fanström got a free kick in the 40th minute. William Fogel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Tróia in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Douglas Hellgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Luiz Fernando Ferraz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustaf Låsberg charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustaf Låsberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, AIF's Gustaf Låsberg got a free kick in the 46th minute. Luiz Fernando Ferraz, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Tróia in the 57th minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper William Fogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Fogel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Fernando Ferraz in the 62nd minute. Dorian Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gert Kjellbom in the 65th minute of the match. Décio Cerezo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Luiz Eduardo Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. William Fogel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Microsoft Team walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
