Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) U 1974's Eneto Vidal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, England's Xavier Gallagher nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dumitru Oardă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 5th minute, Xavier Gallagher made a precise shot to the right of Dumitru Oardă. U 1974's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Cox in the 8th minute of play forced U 1974's goalkeeper Dumitru Oardă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Octavian Hârtopanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. U 1974's Dumitru Oardă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Gallagher to maneuver through the defense. Eneto Vidal took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind U 1974's goalkeeper Dumitru Oardă, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eneto Vidal fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored U 1974's protests and gave Eneto Vidal a yellow card for diving instead. Eneto Vidal hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Dumitru Oardă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, England's Xavier Gallagher got a free kick in the 34th minute. With a little luck, England's Khalid Kennedy got control of the ball when Eneto Vidal tried to sneak it across the goal line. U 1974's Dumitru Oardă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Andriescu got free with Khalid Kennedy in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half England were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Cox stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Issac Dawson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, U 1974's Eric Caraiman got a free kick in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, England's Kyle Cox sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dumitru Oardă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Robert Andriescu came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the U 1974 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Andriescu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 61 minutes, Micah Macdonald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. England's supporters crossed their fingers, but Micah Macdonald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, U 1974's goalkeeper Dumitru Oardă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Issac Dawson. Khalid Kennedy came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by U 1974's Octavian Hârtopanu. But to his dismay, Octavian Hârtopanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Issac Dawson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Dumitru Oardă made a huge save. Cornel Simuţ charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cornel Simuţ the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes U 1974 got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Simuţ. In the 79th minute Manuel Balint shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavian Hârtopanu in the 83rd minute of the match. U 1974 were furious when Eric Caraiman was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 86 minutes into the game, one of U 1974:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 90th minute, England got a penalty, and Micah Macdonald placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Kyle Cox's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dumitru Oardă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match England got a corner. U 1974's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Micah Macdonald ran over to the corner to take the kick. The U 1974 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching England's performance. The match ended with a win for England.
