Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aquiles Urtsin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Janik Vogt got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Urtsin in the 5th minute of the match. Aquiles Urtsin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Aquiles Urtsin lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Tommy Kahn. After 12 minutes, Malte Schiele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Merengue FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Ediberto Sampaio came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Merengue FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ediberto Sampaio couldn't finish the play. After 17 played minutes Merengue FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamim Mota. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingo Jago in the 21st minute. In the 21st minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Jago in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Willy Stieler hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Germany's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ediberto Sampaio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 31st minute of play forced Merengue FC's goalkeeper Bayan Gugovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ediberto Sampaio got free with Tommy Kahn in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 minutes of play, Merengue FC's Darwin Núñez made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, Domingo Jago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darwin Núñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Merengue FC! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Darwin Núñez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Domingo Jago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. After 61 played minutes, Merengue FC's Ismael Frances shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommy Kahn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Merengue FC reached it. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Ismael Frances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albin Holweck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Jago in the 82nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Jago in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ediberto Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Merengue FC got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ediberto Sampaio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ediberto Sampaio made a great header on Merengue FC's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Merengue FC had played much better football throughout.
