Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Herberto Caiado made the kick off which started today's match. Francisco Infante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 5th minute of play. Maxence Durand charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maxence Durand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Herberto Caiado came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Lima Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herberto Caiado couldn't finish the play. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Francisco Infante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lima Team booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxence Durand didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Herberto Caiado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lima Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Herberto Caiado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herberto Caiado's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Nuno Aragão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Lima Team were awarded a corner. Herberto Caiado went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Lima Team's corner Nuno Aragão fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maxime Durand quite easily take care of the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Herberto Caiado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maxime Durand made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Manfred Schonath sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herberto Caiado in the 28th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. France's Frank Peletier got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Camille Baume received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Francisco Infante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manfred Schonath could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Maxime Durand made a huge save. France's Remy Dupuy quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Patrício Vasconcelos, made in the 43rd minute of the game. When Jacob Barroso came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Lima Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacob Barroso couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Alexis Bruneau hit a great ball. In the 55th minute, Jacob Barroso made a precise shot to the right of Maxime Durand. France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. A collision led to Lima Team getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Caetano Assunção hit a great ball. When Frank Peletier got free in front of the goal in the 64th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Francisco Infante was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Lima Team's Francisco Infante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Lima Team from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camille Baume to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the France defense, Jacob Barroso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. If Herberto Caiado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Infante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Baume, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Schonath came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Nuno Aragão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Chapuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Infante having to interfere. Frank Peletier succeeded in the game's 94th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the France players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lima Team.
