After 16 played minutes Comanche EC got a freekick which was hit by Tostão Bastos. 21 minutes into the game, Comanche EC's García Cuervas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Comanche EC's García Cuervas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from García Cuervas, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by García Cuervas in the 37th minute of play. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 45th minute, García Cuervas made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and García Cuervas made a kick off. Frank Sachs scored 4-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Isaksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, García Cuervas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, García Cuervas notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Johannes Isaksson made a huge save. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from García Cuervas in the 74th minute of the match. Comanche EC's Witold Blochowiak got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johannes Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 79th minute of the match. Janik Vogt charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 96 minutes Comanche EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Frank Sachs got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Johannes Isaksson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
