Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo Bobbio, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Eraldo Bulla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 4th minute of the match. As Melfi 1929's Eraldo Bulla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 6th minute of play. A throw-in in the 11th minute of the game was made by Domenico Corna with Davide La Marca as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 12th minute, Stelian Popeangă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Filippo Bobbio came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the As Melfi 1929 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filippo Bobbio couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Germany booed when As Melfi 1929 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelian Popeangă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. As Melfi 1929's Eraldo Bulla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by As Melfi 1929's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. Filippo Bobbio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filippo Bobbios short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 minutes of play, As Melfi 1929's Filippo Bobbio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 75th minute Filippo Bobbio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Filippo Bobbio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The As Melfi 1929 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 80th minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eraldo Bulla. The goal made the score 4-1. Davide La Marca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo Bobbio, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute of the match Albin Holweck shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eraldo Bulla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Davide La Marca notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stelian Popeangă took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. There was no doubt that As Melfi 1929 were the better team. As Melfi 1929's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
