The audience thought a goal was coming when Ksawery Tyszka got free with Wilson Amorim in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Tyszka came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jude Crocker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Gines in the 8th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Riley Trotter couldn't finish the play. Ladislao Gines's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Creekers got a corner. Portugal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saverio Vistruario ran over to the corner to take the kick. Saverio Vistruario made a great header on Creekers's corner, it was just that Portugal's Wilson Amorim managed to reach the ball for a save. Ladislao Gines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Ladislao Gines stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Ladislao Gines tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leevi Kampman. Creekers's Ladislao Gines got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ladislao Gines blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. Ladislao Gines could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. 39 minutes into the game, Riley Trotter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Riley Trotter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Saverio Vistruario's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Vistruario helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Creekers's Saverio Vistruario got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Jude Crocker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 44th minute of play.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Creekers's Jude Crocker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 53rd minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riley Trotter, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Gines came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Riley Trotter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 88th minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Viriato Moura went to the cornerflag to take it. Jude Crocker didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 89th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. In the 92nd minute, Veniamin Tziortzopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Creekers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Bartolomeu Dias scored to the left of an out of position Jude Crocker, making the score, 2-2. The Portugal players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Creekers from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
