The referee showed Mikolaj Bartochowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes The Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Bartochowski. After 5 played minutes, Czech Republic's Erik Jilek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tobiasz Kilarski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Czech Republic reached it. Tobiasz Kilarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Dostal in the 9th minute of play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikolaj Bartochowski in the 11th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kvetoslav Janku during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lukasz Solak. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when The Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulryk Modliszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in The Vikings's zone, Denis Dostal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobiasz Kilarski came out of the goal and Denis Dostal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erik Jilek hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. David Rusil hit a great ball. Tobiasz Kilarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Dostal in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukasz Solak got free with Vavrinec Holub in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Lukasz Solak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vavrinec Holub was a little too slow when Zbyszek Borucki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Jilek made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Lukasz Solak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Vikings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukasz Solak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ulryk Modliszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Vikings's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulryk Modliszewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Lukasz Solak came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukasz Solak in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Boguslaw Lenertej hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Tobiasz Kilarski managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Czech Republic's Erik Jilek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when The Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 83rd minute, Daniel Vitek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, The Vikings's Lukasz Solak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vavrinec Holub narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, The Vikings's Andrzej Soliwoda got a free kick in the 90th minute. Erik Jilek, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Modliszewski in the 94th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Ulryk Modliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Czech Republic players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Vikings.
