Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Foda's Mirnes Šehić started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. CJ Craddock came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt. But to his dismay, Gustaaf Groeneveldt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. CJ Craddock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Foda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. CJ Craddock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wim Wilmes in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck CJ Craddock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Wim Wilmes hit a great ball. Anselmo Schiavoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. With his leg Arnout Reekers managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Foda's Mirnes Šehić fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 33rd minute, Andrés D'Alessandro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Foda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 36th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Meesters to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match, Anselmo Schiavoni got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnout Reekers was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Foda's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mehdi Chimane in the 42nd minute. After taking down the ball on Foda's corner Mehdi Chimane fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnout Reekers quite easily take care of the ball. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés D'Alessandro came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CJ Craddock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 59th minute, Andrés D'Alessandro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Foda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. 62 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. CJ Craddock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without CJ Craddock having to interfere. Lars Meesters might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over CJ Craddock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Meesters ran back to his position shaking his head. CJ Craddock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 75th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrés D'Alessandro in the 76th minute of play. 3-5 became the score in the 81st minute when Gijsbert ter Kruimer elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mehdi Chimane hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes of play, Foda's Andrés D'Alessandro made it 4-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
