Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. Takacs Tibor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Branislav Velchevski having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Elpidio Francis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Miguel Prosperi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 66th minute, Bakos Endre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Branislav Velchevski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Elpidio Francis made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Elpidio Francis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. After 86 played minutes ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Prosperi. 87 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. In the 88thth minute of the game Elpidio Francis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miguel Prosperi in the 90th minute.
