When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zaccheo Andolina made a kick off. Blai Izaguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 51st minute of play. Italy's Siricio Liotta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cazimir Tănăsocă in the 56 minute of the game. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Blai Izaguirre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Feyenoord Malinovo's Dávid Zachar was substituted for Erik Nálepka. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 75th minute of play forced Feyenoord Malinovo's goalkeeper Blai Izaguirre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adriano Curto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Blai Izaguirre came out and tried to block the shot, but Adriano Curto slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 93rd minute. The Italy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Italy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
