The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Denmark:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Heavenly Hooters:s goal. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great ball. Heavenly Hooters's Phil Naylor shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Keld Paulsen but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Bean got free with Keld Paulsen in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chris Nygaard kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Leo Bean reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Keld Paulsen. The goal made the score 3-0. In the 43rd match minute, Heavenly Hooters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lico Aldazabal to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Heavenly Hooters defense, Chris Nygaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Will Goldthorpe. The Heavenly Hooters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Will Goldthorpe should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Mathias Ludvigsen got a free kick in the 46th minute. Keld Paulsen acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Phil Naylor.

The wind increased when Leo Bean made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Leo Bean notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Denmark's Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 72 played minutes, Heavenly Hooters's Lico Aldazabal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Keld Paulsen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Heavenly Hooters reached it. Heavenly Hooters's Adrian Collier was substituted for Richárd Bódog. Heavenly Hooters's Jake Grayson was substituted for Jon Elliot. After a rather tough play, Heavenly Hooters's Todd Griffiths got a free kick in the 78th minute.
