The wind increased when Erik Jilek made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Claudiu Popescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Mugur Aldulea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. Claudiu Popescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. The Stoicii fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Stoicii's Claudiu Popescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 6-1 became the score in the 76th minute when Claudiu Popescu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 80th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, Alan Rezek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Popescu in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Stoicii had played much better football throughout.
