Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mo Salah struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manly FC. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Neville Byrnes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manly FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Neville Byrnes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the game, Sven Krakouer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manly FC the free kick. In the 12th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. Neville Byrnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the game, Mo Salah cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 27 minutes, Mo Salah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manly FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mo Salah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Albin Holweck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manly FC the free kick. Mo Salah had several of the Germany's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Tommy Kahn as he didn't even see the shot coming. 3-0 became the score in the 39th minute when John Aldridge elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neville Byrnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mo Salah in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Aldridge, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mo Salah in the 56th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Mo Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Neville Byrnes came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mo Salah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 71st minute Mo Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Neville Byrnes who took care of the corner kick. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mo Salah in the 82nd minute of play. After 91 minutes, Willy Stieler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Manly FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute Mo Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Manly FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
