Armağan Akgüngör was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 27th minute. After taking down the ball on Netherlands's corner Lars Meesters fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Armağan Akgüngör quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armağan Akgüngör breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the match, ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Armağan Akgüngör reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Armağan Akgüngör successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Armağan Akgüngör made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 57 in the game by Wim Wilmes from a close distance when the talented Armağan Akgüngör managed to make a qualified save. ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's players were relieved. Måns Kjellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armağan Akgüngör having to interfere. In the 74th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Netherlands's David Eikelkamp was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Armağan Akgüngör in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 77 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armağan Akgüngör narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Lars Meesters's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armağan Akgüngör was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vacid Tekalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
