The referee ignored Portugal's protests and gave Daniel Pimentel a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Pimentel kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, FV Wienerwald's Anfilogino Alfonsi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FV Wienerwald's Per Nienhaus was substituted for Pierre Van den Plas. 63 minutes in the game Rudolf Reichert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Per Nienhaus. 64 minutes in the game, Ralf Szüczs dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 69th minute, Daniel Pimentel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With an all-out effort, Portugal's Marcel Mallinger threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Pimentel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Nienhaus went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. FV Wienerwald's Felix Hanschirik was substituted for Ziemowit Fleszar. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Portugal made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 80th minute of play forced FV Wienerwald's goalkeeper Marcel Mallinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Pimentel in the 81st minute. Caetano Moreira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal.
