Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antal Valentin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. OLIMPIA SP were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Uwe Reimann took the corner. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Fernando Gomes sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Hungary booed when OLIMPIA SP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuca Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Marcinho de Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho de Toledo came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uwe Reimann in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Szekeres Tamas got a free kick in the 45th minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcinho de Toledo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Marcinho de Toledo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute Uwe Reimann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Uwe Reimann was slow to take the kick. During this time OLIMPIA SP's players had a chance to rest. Marcinho de Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Gomes in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. The corner led OLIMPIA SP's Uwe Reimann to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 80th minute Marcinho de Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. OLIMPIA SP's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
