Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Denmark's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Gonzalo Canton scored to the left of an out of position Keld Paulsen, making the score, 1-0. In the 7th minute, Kenn Skou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but René Vignal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou. René Vignal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 15th minute of play. Rafael Sayavedra made in the 19th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gonzalo Canton however managed to control. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Gonzalo Canton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Gonzalo Canton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, CD Miguir's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but René Vignal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes CD Miguir got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Heraña. After a rather tough play, CD Miguir's Cortez Ibern got a free kick in the 40th minute. Gonzalo Canton hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 45 minutes, Rafael Sayavedra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Miguir and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Rafael Sayavedra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chris Nygaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over René Vignal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chris Nygaard ran back to his position shaking his head. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Mikkel Wulff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. Rafael Espada kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Denmark's Lars Steen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rafael Sayavedra in the 76 minute of the game. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Canton in the 79th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou. 83 minutes into the match, Denmark's Chris Nygaard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that René Vignal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 88 played minutes CD Miguir got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Sayavedra. After 93 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Mikkel Wulff. 94 minutes into the game, CD Miguir's Gonzalo Canton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The CD Miguir support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
