Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Sachs kicked off to start the match. Manojlo Grbović stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Ristivoje Šišić hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes Thornhill City got a freekick which was hit by Perica Mišić. Manojlo Grbović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 15th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manojlo Grbović prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute Albin Holweck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manojlo Grbović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Thornhill City's Manojlo Grbović. Manojlo Grbović was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the game, Germany's Frank Sachs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manojlo Grbović made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Manojlo Grbović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 35th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Thornhill City's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Manojlo Grbović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Thornhill City's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manojlo Grbović came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Germany booed when Thornhill City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ristivoje Šišić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rastko Prolić to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Thornhill City's Ristivoje Šišić got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Albin Holweck fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Albin Holweck a yellow card for diving instead. 57 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Rastko Prolić came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Rastko Prolić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 played minutes Thornhill City got a freekick which was hit by Staniša Šorgić. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miloš Krsmanović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Thornhill City getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Kostadin Isidorović hit a great ball. Manojlo Grbović made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Thornhill City booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rastko Prolić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
