An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Mineiro in the 12th minute of play forced Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Marcelo Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Dé Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Augusto Novaes in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Marcelo Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dé Favoretto in the 22nd minute of play. Danilo Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Pedro Luiz Perez hit a great ball. After 26 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Simão Pinheiro. Jardel Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Marcelo Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erivaldo Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, José Augusto Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Beto Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 1-1 when José Augusto Novaes sped through Figueira SC FSCMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcelo Medeiros. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Augusto Novaes to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, ITAFUT 4EVER's Marcelo Medeiros threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Orlando Mineiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some careless play in the ITAFUT 4EVER defense, Geovani Borges kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jardel Fernandez. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Marcelo Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Figueira SC FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Medeiros was a little too slow when Orlando Mineiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 2-2. Mauro Prata charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Prata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Mauro Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes Orlando Mineiro rounded Figueira SC FSCMZ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. Afonsinho Donatello hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Marcelo Medeiros came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's José Augusto Novaes. But to his dismay, José Augusto Novaes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ITAFUT 4EVER walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
