If Anselmo Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Anselmo Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Facopo FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Donatello. Facopo FBPA's Oséias Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adhemar Sabóia in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Facopo FBPA booed when Grêmio RK75 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serginho Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bebeto Paranaense acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Franklin Favoretto. Facopo FBPA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Franklin Favoretto in the 55th minute. Diego Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Oséias Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cássio Rezende hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 65th match minute, Facopo FBPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernani Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Franklin Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Facopo FBPA defense, Diego Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oséias Guerra. The Facopo FBPA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oséias Guerra should have stopped the shot. When Diego Costa came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Grêmio RK75 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Costa couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute, Diego Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio RK75 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. A collision led to Grêmio RK75 getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Benjamin de Barros hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Facopo FBPA defense, Diego Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oséias Guerra. The Facopo FBPA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oséias Guerra should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Grêmio RK75 had played much better football throughout.
