An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder dos Santos in the 22nd minute of play forced Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Oséias Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danrley Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Danrley Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luís Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danrley Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luís Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Evaristo Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danrley Buffon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Luís Vargas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 46 minute of play.
