The supporters of Club Sacode Football CIMZ booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fred Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Alan de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Meira in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Giuseppe Munhoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute, Luís Eduardo Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Giuseppe Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Paulo de Mendonça got control of the ball when Moisés Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gino Falcão got free with Paulo de Mendonça in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 58th minute Moisés Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Munhoz came free, but Paulo de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Rio Verde F.C CIMZ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Thomás do Valle hit a great ball. Giuseppe Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Paulo de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 81st match minute, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Arruda to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Giuseppe Munhoz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo de Mendonça was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. 86 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Moisés Cunha came free, but Paulo de Mendonça reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 88 played minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Bastos. Alan de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysses Meira in the 90th minute of the match. Paulo de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Christoffer Kempel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
