Václav Židek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Marián Bečka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 minutes, Ladislav Klačko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kukova and the ATLETICO MENDOZA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Kukova's Ladislav Klačko got a free kick in the 31st minute. Claudio Eudoxio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Václav Židek having to make a save. 65 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goalkeeper Serafin Ralondo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomáš Petruš. Václav Židek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Isadore in the 77th minute of play. Václav Židek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Isadore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes, Miroslav Mastiš mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kukova and the ATLETICO MENDOZA players grew even worse after the yellow card.
