Álvaro Perpiñán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 minutes of play, Sporting Burgas's Antonio Fioriti made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute, Maurin Canturri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Álvaro Perpiñán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 15th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Sporting Burgas defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Álvaro Perpiñán. The Sporting Burgas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Álvaro Perpiñán should have stopped the shot. Álvaro Perpiñán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Sporting Burgas's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Álvaro Perpiñán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary:s Fodor Daniel showed great skill when he stopped Seve Sevilla:s penalty. Bakos Endre hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sporting Burgas getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Miroslaw Piglowski hit a great ball. Antonio Fioriti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Antonio Fioriti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sporting Burgas's Antonio Fioriti got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

In the 50th minute, Sporting Burgas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Fioriti in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Antal Valentin came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Álvaro Perpiñán could save by the left post. Álvaro Perpiñán made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 64th minute. Antonio Fioriti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Bakos Endre hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Ke Xiong Chen fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Burgas's protests and gave Ke Xiong Chen a yellow card for diving instead. Álvaro Perpiñán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Sporting Burgas's Antonio Fioriti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Sporting Burgas's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Álvaro Perpiñán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 minutes, Javier Carmona mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Burgas and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Perpiñán having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Fioriti, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Álvaro Perpiñán didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
