After a defensive mix-up in Switzerland's zone, Dominik Spychalski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal and Dominik Spychalski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Leo Allemann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Switzerland from getting a goal against them. FC Alkomaty's attentive Szymon Wiater managed to snatch the ball when Leo Allemann made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. Szymon Wiater blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hias Nüssli having to make a save. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Spychalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hias Nüssli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dominik Spychalski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. Dominik Spychalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Szymon Wiater struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Alkomaty. 29 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Spychalski came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hias Nüssli was a little too slow when Dominik Spychalski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 2-0. Dominik Spychalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Spychalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Dominik Spychalski came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the FC Alkomaty fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominik Spychalski couldn't finish the play. Szymon Wiater took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Spychalski in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominik Spychalski in the 65th minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dominik Spychalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timo Siegmund to maneuver through the defense. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominik Spychalski in the 69th minute of play. Hias Nüssli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dominik Spychalski went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Dominik Spychalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dominik Spychalski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hias Nüssli having to make a save. In the 79th minute, Dominik Spychalski made a precise shot to the right of Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eric Thomi during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dominik Spychalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Spychalski in the 92nd minute of play. When FC Alkomaty's Dominik Spychalski in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Switzerland's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Alkomaty had played much better football throughout.
