After 80 played minutes Garlic Eaters got a freekick which was hit by Sofronio Zamora. In the 81st minute, Garlic Eaters's Pierre Blair seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Pierre Blair the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Garlic Eaters protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pierre Blair had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 82nd match minute, Garlic Eaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre Blair to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Garlic Eaters lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
