Dark Prophets's Geronimo Argi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 8th minute of play. Geronimo Argi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 10th minute of the match. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Argi. Geronimo Argi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Geronimo Argi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Dark Prophets's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Geronimo Argi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zhao Chao Ling fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dark Prophets's protests and gave Zhao Chao Ling a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, one of Dark Prophets:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dark Prophets. Sigfrido Auletta walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Porziano Marchitelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Argi having to make a save. In the 30th minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When Italy's Zaccheo Andolina in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zaccheo Andolina made a kick off. With a little luck, Dark Prophets's Geronimo Argi got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Siricio Liotta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 58th minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Argi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mai Ping Yi kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Dark Prophets made a substitution. Narcis Pomuț replaced Dorin Maleș. A collision led to Dark Prophets getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Mai Ping Yi hit a great ball. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dark Prophets's goalkeeper Geronimo Argi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Trifan, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Siricio Liotta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Argi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Trifan in the 82nd minute of play. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. After a rather tough play, Italy's Eliseo Cutri got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dark Prophets throughout the match.
