An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 10th minute of play forced MONTANHA's goalkeeper Jens Mikaelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wei Guang Xing kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. MONTANHA's Jens Mikaelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Czeslaw Walec. Roger Guerra made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. The audience was convinced that Viriato Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Mikaelsson was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 36th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Mikaelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. A throw-in in the 54th minute of the game was made by Fabricio Andrade with Felipe Barreto as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 55 minutes of play, MONTANHA's Wei Guang Xing made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the game, Fabricio Andrade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portugal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MONTANHA the free kick. When Wei Guang Xing came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the MONTANHA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wei Guang Xing couldn't finish the play. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. 69 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Wei Guang Xing came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Portugal's Jens Mikaelsson threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bartolomeu Dias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice moves Graciano Coutinho could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Jens Mikaelsson however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Gonçalo Matos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. MONTANHA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Portugal for a fine match.
