In the 5th match minute, Szczakowianka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Zula Kosiorek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaccheo Andolina went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Szczakowianka were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Italy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Donald Voldfrom took the corner. The corner led Szczakowianka's Gitano Adán to fire away a dangerous shot which Flavio Vittori despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Siricio Liotta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siricio Liotta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Szczakowianka getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Leszek Pawlik hit a great ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Zula Kosiorek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Donald Voldfrom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 33 minutes, Leo Eguzki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szczakowianka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Eguzki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Zula Kosiorek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 47th minute of the match Italy got a corner. Szczakowianka's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sigfrido Auletta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Szczakowianka made a substitution. Wladyslaw Magdziarz replaced Leo Eguzki. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedykt Perkowski to make the kick off. Zula Kosiorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 54th minute of play. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes Italy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Donald Voldfrom who took care of the corner kick. 60 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Zula Kosiorek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Porziano Marchitelli. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan Chen Yan in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Donald Voldfrom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szczakowianka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Chen Yan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute Benedykt Perkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Perkowski in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute Wladyslaw Magdziarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zula Kosiorek made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Porziano Marchitelli sent off a good shot on target. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan Chen Yan in the 88th minute of the match. If Sigfrido Auletta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. 93 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Perkowski came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zula Kosiorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guiscardo Davide, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's Gitano Adán sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Vittori narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Szczakowianka were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Italy for a fine match.
