With his leg Carol Stinga managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Enzo Francescoli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Eustaquio Dabi came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustaquio Dabi couldn't finish the play. Agustin Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Agustin Belmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adam Olaru went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Dabi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carol Stinga. Eustaquio Dabi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Carol Stinga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hao Jian Yuan in the 23rd minute. When Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Hao Jian Yuan in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hao Jian Yuan to strike the kick off in the second half. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb made a substitution. Sergio Saturno replaced Narciso Gombal. Romania made a substitution. Octavian Vaduva replaced Costica Vladimiri. In the 69th minute Sergio Saturno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Anton Stinga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Agustin Belmiro was a little too slow when Octavian Vaduva got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 2-4. In the 84th minute Prudencio Ralondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Vaduva, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goalkeeper Agustin Belmiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Agustin Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Stinga in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Sergio Saturno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Humberto Abascal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Romania the free kick. The supporters of Romania booed when Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Abascal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 95 minutes of play, Romania's Octavian Vaduva made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Agustin Belmiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romania's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
