With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Rocendo in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fodor Daniel saved Hungary from getting behind. Boguslaw Siwek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Boguslaw Siwek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Rocendo came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Rocendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Lorenzo Rocendo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. If Lorenzo Rocendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hungary's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Powiśle Warszawa had won, even though Hungary had held more of the ball.
