StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Major Barna at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18. 0-1. Augusto Vachon hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Ermegildo Abeitia in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Guaberto Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Augusto Vachon fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's protests and gave Augusto Vachon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Augusto Vachon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Piorno came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaberto Piorno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 46th minute of play. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Guaberto Piorno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guaberto Piorno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's goalkeeper Guaberto Piorno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliseo Mantzio kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Guaberto Piorno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Guaberto Piorno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
