A well-hit corner resulted in Valer Andriescu heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Bogdan Ignătoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Barbier in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Frank Peletier notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Bogdan Ignătoiu. Bogdan Ignătoiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. France's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Valer Andriescu scored to the left of an out of position Maxime Durand, making the score, 1-1. 39 minutes into the game, Jean Bombelles threw the ball into play from the sideline. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Flori Miner quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Maxime Durand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valer Andriescu in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Drăgănoiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Drăgănoiu came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Frank Peletier hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Valer Andriescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Durand. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valer Andriescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Camille Baume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bogdan Ignătoiu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when France's Frank Peletier shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. 68 minutes into the match, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Bogdan Ignătoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camille Baume. 69 minutes into the match, Valer Andriescu notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. The tension between the -BZF- Barca de Buzau and the France players grew even worse after the yellow card. France made a substitution. Armel Chastain replaced Camille Baume. In the 93rd minute, Vlad Agusoaei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. -BZF- Barca de Buzau were victorious despite being under pressure from France for much of the match.
