Fisica UNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicollao Narbona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Cordero in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zabulón Carabajal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute Zinon Potamias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Ladić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT defense, Zinon Potamias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dražen Ladić. The Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dražen Ladić should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joery Hylen in the 25th minute of play forced Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's goalkeeper Dražen Ladić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, FC Klavertje Vier's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Cordero came free, but Zabulón Carabajal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Martín Ferreyra got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute, Cayetano Berenguer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Klavertje Vier's Zabal Ubeda got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zabal Ubeda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dražen Ladić having to interfere. Zabulón Carabajal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Cordero in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Martín Ferreyra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Marcelo Cordero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zabulón Carabajal. FC Klavertje Vier's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Cordero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelo Cordero made a kick off. Marcelo Cordero scored 1-4 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zabulón Carabajal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 66th minute Marcelo Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zabulón Carabajal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69thth minute of the game Joery Hylen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Dražen Ladić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelo Cordero hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT made a substitution. Haroldo Alfonso replaced Marcelo Cordero. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT's Cristobal Polo was substituted for Cristoforo Cristofari. The supporters of FC Klavertje Vier booed when Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Cordero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fisica UNT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Alfonso couldn't finish the play. Zabulón Carabajal made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Haroldo Alfonso sent off a good shot on target. Zabulón Carabajal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haroldo Alfonso's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Klavertje Vier's zone, Haroldo Alfonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zabulón Carabajal came out of the goal and Haroldo Alfonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fac. de Ed. Fisica UNT walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
