When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Edward Vanderstraeten sped through Rayo Bengala's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Boruc. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Sabbe in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Tormaigh Cassin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Casper Claes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 33 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Boruc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rayo Bengala's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Artur Boruc was left in no man's land by his defense there!
