Codrin Barbăneagră showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xesc Rallo in the 4th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, AC Milan Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Campos came free, but Codrin Barbăneagră reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xesc Rallo struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Codrin Barbăneagră didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riemannian. AC Milan Tigers's Toader Jumancă got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Codrin Barbăneagră made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Chico Campos sent off a good shot on target. Martin Răuţă hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Riemannian's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Enciu came free, but Valerio Quintanilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beltran Tormes scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codrin Barbăneagră, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Codrin Barbăneagră made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xesc Rallo in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute Xesc Rallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Barbăneagră saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chico Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codrin Barbăneagră having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Costin Ciorobîtcă made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Riemannian's Silvano Sánchez. In the 54th minute, Xesc Rallo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valentin Enciu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Riemannian getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Michael Riells hit a great ball. Costin Ciorobîtcă struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xesc Rallo in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codrin Barbăneagră saved AC Milan Tigers from getting behind. Xesc Rallo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Costin Ciorobîtcă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valerio Quintanilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcu Cruceru, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Valerio Quintanilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcu Cruceru's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xesc Rallo in the 70th minute of play forced AC Milan Tigers's goalkeeper Codrin Barbăneagră to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, AC Milan Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Campos came free, but Codrin Barbăneagră reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Răuţă in the 78th minute of play forced Riemannian's goalkeeper Valerio Quintanilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codrin Barbăneagră was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Riemannian booed when AC Milan Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Sârban didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Petru Lăceanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Milan Tigers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riemannian the free kick. A collision led to AC Milan Tigers getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Petru Lăceanu hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, AC Milan Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Xesc Rallo came free, but Codrin Barbăneagră reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Xesc Rallo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riemannian's supporters rose to their feet, but Xesc Rallo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Codrin Barbăneagră breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
